J'ai acheté ma motoneige G5 chez motoneige Géro, super service de Eliott autant à la prise de commande qu'a la prise de possession. J'ai demandé pour avoir une deuxième clef et il a lui même sorti l'ordinateur pour me programmer une nouvelle clef immédiatement. Merci à toute l'équipe.

We rented a snowmobile. The owner showed us prior to our ride(which we had 3 hours to do),what folks generally could do in 6 hours. We were 90 minutes late coming back because of his horrible lack of communication.We arrived at 12:45pm and left at 1:30pm. That's how long it took to check in because the whole time we're there hes answering the phone or talking to other people. He wanted to charge us $1.00CAD for every late minute.What a poor business model for him.He gloated and said how he's been in business for 30 years and how all his other competitors go bankrupt in the rental business(like I care).All in all we still made our day and our experience into a great memory!I'm giving one star to the lonestar rental place in this laurentian village.Merci Bonsoir ✔

We rented 4 snowmobiles there. The owner just wants to make money! I paid extra for a heated shield and the connector was busted... lame service.

Wow, Great service at this shop, wish I lived there to always deal with this business! Was on a snowmobile trip in St-jean-de-Matha and add a small issue with my heated helmet visor and even if they where busy they help me out and got me on my way quickly to complete our trip. Great Services, Thank-you! Steve
