I love going to Mosaic even just to jam. The staff are trained professionals who love what they do and won't try to make a quick purchase to swindle you. Wonderful place! I bought a violin here, and the owner+staff were lovely. Unbelievably friendly (the owner was talking+joking around with us for nearly the entire time we were there!), and as other reviews have stated, it is indeed very home"-like. I immediately felt at ease

A shipment of mine was delivered here, and they entered my inventory in their system & began selling my merchandise.Tried to call them and discuss the situation, no call back.#1 it's illegal to open packages that don't have your name & address on it.
