Worst customer service received from employees.We ordered customized cake for special occasion but received regular cake that was not as per our taste .I think no one supervise the employees that what order they are taking or what they are baking.Such a bad experience from this bakery.

Best Cake ever. Had baby shower few weeks ago and they made the cake same as I gave them picture. May be Better than the pictures provided. The taste of the cake was so good that it did not last even 15 min on the serving table. The order was for 150 people. Could not ask better than this.I would definitely recommend this place and all my orders are going to this place for all my future events.

Worst cake we ever had in our life. Tastes like medicine.We bought cake for our mother in law birthday so expensive and not upto the mark. Will not recommend to anyone.

Ordered the displayed doll cake on their counter for my daughters bday but got a totally different colored cake. It was nice but not what i asked for. Front ladies have no idea what to do when baker messes up like that...the order was confirmed by the baker herself and she assured it will be same but NO. They ask what kind of fruit u want inside..i ordered mixed fruit and all i got was pineapple..not a delicious worthy cake if $110!..very Disappointed!! Would never recommend them. Terrible.

The worst place to order your cake..if you don’t wanna spoil your special day and mood then plz don’t go there..got pink cake for my son’s birthday but told them to make white..for the whole celebration, he was crying

This is an outstanding place to buy cakes and pastries. My sister first ordered a cake from here about 2 years for my birthday and we have been getting all our cakes from this place ever since. They are so accommodating for even our last minute needs and try to help us as much as they can. The whole staff is so helpful. And their Chef is amazing, the taste and quality has never disappointed us. I absolutely love this bakery!!!
