Fantastic day! My son and his friends had a blast celebrating his birthday! The energy of the staff is great! The ladies who helped us out in the party room were so friendly and helpful! They took care of the set up and clean up! LaserMaxx Whitby is a great party option if you're looking for fun and a seamless party experience!

Had my sons birthday party here. I’ve gotta say that him and all the kids in his party had a great time! The staff/hosts that we had for his party were great! They were super helpful and attentive. They really did make everything easy. Would def come back!

The staff at LaserMaxx are awesome! They were able to run things on a decent schedule, sorted out any issues we had, were caring and great with the kids, and very attentive when they helped with my party room. Overall great experience and great staff!

We had an amazing time.Booked a Friday birthday party.We had a follow up call before the event to confirm all the details. We weren’t sure of numbers until the night before and it wasn’t a problem at all.Everything happened on time. The team was kind and even wore the pack and took our 5 year old daughter through the game after she thought it was too heavy for her to play.Pizza arrived on time, and was kind enough to order a dairy free pizza for our kiddos.Happy we were able to bring our own extra food and treats.The room was spacious, clean as was the entire facility.The kids all really enjoyed the games, they chose their names and they announced the winners at the end of the games each time. Everyone felt included.Can’t say enough good things. We’ll be back!

Did my son's 6 year old birthday party here on a Monday night. It was great, the kids loved it! We ordered the pizza and the staff also brought us a knife for the cake as well as forks (plates and napkins were already in the room).

Great kids party venue! The location was easy to get to with lots of parking. The facilities were clean and equipment good working condition. The LaserMaxx team were great with the kids and coordinated all activities with excitement for everyone! Highly recommend for kids party or fun family event!

We just had my sons birthday party there! Everyone had a blast and everything went so smoothly! They loved playing the second game as teams with just the party! I also had a moment and forgot the candles they gave me 8 and a lighter!!! Highly recommend them! Will be definitely going back!

This was a great activity for the kids. The adults enjoyed themselves too. It was fun and the staff was very friendly to us and our big party. They even played a game with the kids in between rounds of laser tag. We will be going again.
