Kids and us had fun. Staff was helpful. Pizza was good. Looked like others kids/parents were enjoying too.

We booked a Birthday party for our 7 year-old. The pizza was OK quality was same quality as a frozen pizza you make at home they over charge for the quality, they also don't tell you they charge a tax on Merchandise, in my opinion it is way over priced for what you get, and at the end of the party you are rushed out of the party area to clean for thr next set of parties, as well as they have all parties at the same start time so every one line's up to trade in tickets for prizes at the same time! They should stage start times to avoid delays.

Stopped by for Birthday party on Saturday just past and well it's not of a mixed review I understand stand this is a place design towards kids but they could use a couple more adult video games to play while visiting the place with the family. The menu is rather sad not many options and you could see some employee don't really enjoy there jobs. When there is 6 or 8 different party's going on at the same time there is no room to move around and always seem to be in the way of other guests. One thing though the washroom is keep clean and bright.

Our experience with Chuck E. Chess is excellent. The place is nice & clean and staffs are very helpful. They have three types of birthday party packages. We really like their service. It is a good location to celebrate kids birthday. Kids will love it.There are not much options for babies and toddlers. I think this place is best for 4 yrs and up. There are ample free parkings spots available.

There is not a lot that kids can do here. There are some games and a play area. Unfortunately the food is not very good and over priced. There are some kids who seem to really enjoy the place but I did notice that my daughter grew bored very quickly. There is a lot of free parking which is convenient.

One of my kids favorite place in the city.On the weekends it's packed but still well managed. If your looking for a kids place this is a must visit.

Celebrated kid's birthday party. I really liked how the security system is organized. The food was good, nothing special, just fresh and decent quality. Mouse seemed tired, did not look happy, while entertaining kids. Maybe, actor just had a bad day. The Choice of arcade games was also quite good. However, overall I would not choose that place for celebration. Not because it was bad, I just did not like vibes.

Looks like a fun place. A bit overwhelming once the hoard of kids and adults come in. They keep your child safe by making sure they leave with an adult who came in with them by taking a selfie.

Place is very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Games were fun and worked without issues. I ordered a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, and waited only 15-20 minutes for it. The pizza tasted good. Chuck E. walked by the table I was sitting at and waved (I waved and said hi). No complaints. Will be coming back.Edit (Oct. 2022): I'm updating my review because I returned recently. I enjoyed my visit last month, and celebrated my Birthday here on Oct. 18. We ordered a Birthday package and reserved a table. Our server greeted us as soon as we walked in the restaurant, and our table was already decorated. We ordered a Pumpkin Pepperoni Pizza, which tasted good. We also ate a chocolate cake. Loved the Halloween decorations, as well as the Halloween Chuck E. songs playing on the TV's. Chuck E. visited our table during cake time, and I got a picture with him. About ten minutes before closing, I realized I didn't get to use the Ticket Blaster but I talked to the Manager and she let me use it. I went to the Gift Shop and got a cool Gumball Machine. The service was excellent, and my family and I had a lot of fun. Will be visiting again sometime.
