ARROWSMITHARMS FIREARMS & HUNTER SAFETY TRAINING | Arrowsmith Arms is a privately owned teaching organization situated in Nanoose Bay British Columbia on beautiful Vancouver Island. Students who are searching for courses in Firearms Safety and Hunter Education can sign up for individual of combination training courses. Courses are currently held in Hilliers (Qualicum Beach) but are expected to migrate to a new classroom in the summer of 2018. Instructor and Examiner Cody MacLean is certified by both the BCWF CORE program for hunter education and by the Canadian Firearms Program for both Restricted and Unrestricted Courses. Courses are laid out for the whole year in advance and students can register online prior to each class. Classes book up quickly, so students should book well ahead. Future course options may include trapping, orienteering, outdoor survival, Mushroom Picking, Pioneering, First Aid and CPR.
