BEWARE CUSTOMER SERVICE.Customer service you won't get it here.Worst customer service I have ever seen in any company.It's sad really it's a family owned company, therefore should be understanding with clients, but it's the opposite very rude, obnoxious and not carrying your side of the story or what you have to say.After rude response from the brother which had no idea what I was communicating with his sister about 3 bags of poly sand in which the supplier contacted them informing them of the issue and to provide us with these 3 bags we understood her side that they would need a letter confirming this.The issue here isn't the back and forth multiple times. The issue is the lack of respect when speaking to an individual/client.You shouldn't give attitude to a client or argue when it was all within reason especially when the client was very polite even after getting such attitude from the lady. Also when noticing your in the wrong a simple sorry wouldn't hurt either.Clearly there is no customer service here. There is a way to speak to a person when they are asking a question.Very big disappointment how we were treated.
