My family and I had a great experience at this location. The young, blonde-haired girl taking our order listened well and entered everything quickly and accurately. They have a unique system to identify clean tables and those in need of cleaning, which I appreciated. I accidentally left my purse on the windowsill behind our table and drove away. The staff did a wonderful job of safeguarding it until I could return to pick it up. Thank you, good people of Tim Hortons Exeter!

I was there Friday May 12. Sat in drive through not moving for 10 minutes. Then went in. 1 other person in the store. About 6-7 employees. Ordered my latte, went to the bathroom. Came out and probably had to wait another 3 minutes but lots and lots and lots of chatting going on. Good lord. Chat away when you’re not busy. WORK when you are. 6 people piled up behind me when I left. Makes me nuts!

Jenny was a super star. Excellent customer service. Turned around a disappointed customer to a cheerful one. The hot coffee she gave was cold by mistake. She not only heated that coffee but gave a free coffee when we went to order another.

It's unfortunate I have to give this location only 2 stars but the main time I stop here is early morning and it seems to be always so backed up and busy I tend to drive right past and not even stop. Drive thru is out to the road everytime and going in is just as slow cause everyone seems focused on drive thru. They have nice staff but they need to be a little quicker is all.

Very slow service, took 20 mins to prepare our coffee and food. Hot coffee was not hot, Food was also not hot. Bad experience at this location.

Worst Tim’s experience by far! We ordered a lot of drinks and asked for double cups for the hot ones. We were disrespected and rudely spoken to be the manager demanding we pay the same amount for the cups as a coffee would be. I do not recommend as they do not value their customers

We were driving thru Exeter & decided to stop for a snack.Washroom was clean & tidy.The service was fast, friendly & the order was accurate.I have never seen do many smile cookies!

Very disappointed that the level 3 EV charger is not working it has been disabled by the station owner. This Tim Hortons is no longer on our stop.
