They can do normal, routine tasks, but when it comes to large amount wire transfers, they couldn't help and told me to contact the manager of my branch that is closed for several weeks. So, I went to another branch on Portage at Main that took my request more seriously.

My experience was good here. I applied for my credit card at another branch but they were so unprofessional then I book my appointment here. Kelley komar was my counsellor here and I must say she is very helpful. Overall my experience was good here. I am very happy with the service provided by Kelley.

If you’re Indigenous I don’t recommend coming here, very rude people, never will I bank with Scotia Bank again, closed my account after I was treated poorly here at this location, talked to me as if I was stupid and didn’t understand, belittled me but talked so nicely to non-indigenous people, zero stars
