After experiencing another water leak, we used another plumber to repair the joint break in the pipe who recommended not to use the companies we had used in the past, both companies of which did not perform well. By far, this company was ready, willing and able to assist and was quick to respond. Jeff, from PuroClean, provided very effective restoration solutions to remove strong cigarette smoke odors and nicotine stains from my mother-in-law’s home.Jeff and PuroClean are deserving of top marks in all areas of quality, value, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism. Jeff was not only meticulous in his work but also quick to assist us in other renovation work we were doing at the same time.We used PuroClean to remove carpeting, apply thermal fogging to counteract the smoke particles and to assist us in wiping down hard surfaces. (In the future, if odors were to become noticeable again, PuroClean also has a hydroxyl generator treatment that can be used to effectively remove remaining odors).In addition to the PuroClean work for odor removal, we did special painting, special furnace and duct cleaning, discarding of most of the blinds, and replacing of electrical receptacles, switches, fan and light fixtures.PuroClean has extensive capability to not only provide their direct services but can also access other trades and services depending on client preferences.P Augustin

Absolutely best call I could have made for addressing the leak and water damage in my house. Called the 24/7 line and was forwarded to Andrew. He set me up for an onsite visit the next morning and Jeff arrived right on time. We reviewed the problem, received great advice on the best path forward and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. They know all the right professionals to get the job done. My wife and I had a major flood in our home. I scrambled to find a company ASAP and was so very thankful that I found Puroclean. Their team showed up at my residence very quickly and immedietly put my worries at ease. Over the years I have had to use other restoration companies for some of my rental properties and all I can say is Puroclean have set a new bench mark for service. The owners instantly understood my panic and informed me that everything would be put back together good as new, and it was. Puroclean was fantastic with regards to instantaneouse communication and kept me constantly in the loop with regards to our restoration project. I would highly reccomend their services to any individual needing restoration needs.

June 3rd we had a huge flood with all this extra rain. We called puroclean and within the hour they were at our house. Andy also kept in touch throughout the weekend (cont to rain) to make sure there wasn’t more leaking or damage to our house. Definitely felt that they went above and beyond during our whole flooding situation. I hope we never have a flood again, but if we do I will be using these guys. Can’t say enough good things about the PuroClean team. Three weeks after a flood, they were called to step in and take over from another restoration company in Penticton who was failing to even show up and remediate. Andrew and Jeff came out the same day hired to assess our needs, and remediation was started immediately. Andrew worked closely with us throughout, was professional and provided stellar customer service, with updates. After remediation the actual construction took six weeks, exactly as had been promised. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys, and hire again ourselves!
