Stayed for 2 months in 2018 after a house fire with two cats and a dog. Pleasant building manager, very helpful and friendly. A bit busy with the traffic but close to all amenities.

Easily one of the best places to stay in this part of Winnipeg. Close walk to the Assiniboine Park, Polo Park, bus stops, and many types of restaurants. Very close to a Safeway. Parking lot is currently getting repaved and will surely be amazing when completed. Huge balconies with great views on both sides. Lovely decor in the rooms. Rooms are cleaned for you and are cleaned to perfection. Great management.

My wife and I stayed here in April. Terrific option if you're looking for extended lodging. Clean rooms with nice balconies. Great area within walking distance of Polo Park mall, tons of restaurants, etc.

Exactly what we were looking for in a place for our family to stay. Located very close to Polo Park Mall and other amenities. Air conditioned. Workout facility. Baby materials (crib, high chair, change table, etc.). Zoilo was very helpful in answering any questions we had and responding to requests.

Stayed here for work for 4 months. Staff are an absolute delight and made me feel welcome. Little welcome package complete with milk in the fridge is miles above what other properties offer. They understand what being away from home can be like and the service mirrors that. Reasonably priced, clean and well maintained apartments. Would recommend (and stay again) in a heart beat.

I visited a friend of mine who was staying there for an extended business trip. The condos were well acquainted and it definitely felt like home. They had parking available for the renting guests, as well as street parking for guests of guests lol. Apparently, pricing was much more affordable than a hotel with much less to offer.
