Drains R US Plumbing

Drains R Us repaired the drain from my house to my my septic tank today. They did an excellent job! They even installed a cleanout that I (they) can access by simply removing one board from my deck. The plumbers were very knowledgeable and courteous. Very clean and efficient work. Awesome!Please express my many thanks to all at Drains R Us that made this happen in such a timely fashion. I will recommend you to everyone I know.

I had Drains R Us come out to my place recently. What can I say.. responsive, straight forward, professional. I had 2 issues with my plumbing - slow running tap and leaky pipe under kitchen. The repair man showed up when he said he would - took care of sink at no additional cost - turns out it wasnt a huge problem but what do I know about that stuff... he could've easily told me some BS and charged me a bit but he didnt. He fixed my other problem. Price was reasonable. Satisfied customer here.

I had James come out to my house for clogged drains and he was fantastic to deal with, really nice and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. I was further impressed by the care taken to lay covers down and protect furniture, carpet etc.The lady who took my call on the phone was super friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommended these folks for all your drain and plumbing needs. They are fair, knowledgeable and give you a quote prior to work being done.

We had a problem with a fractured sewer pipe in the crawl space of our 64 year old home. The D-R-U employees provided us with an acceptable quote and were quick to start the repair process. Despite a few setbacks, we were happy with a job well done, including the care taken in opening up a tiled floor allowing us to re-use tiles to return the floor to 'as was' condition. For the most part, the job was completed in a pleasant, aimiable and efficient manner.

Called Mike the Plumber but got Drains R US Plumbing didn't realize they are owned by the same people? Have had several previous experiences with Mike the Plumber which were all great with fair pricing. Found the service pretty much the same with Drains R US Plumbing except a little higher in price then I would have expected especially compared to other work I had done and the price difference (much lower price for more work / parts in the past). Only complaint would be that they left the bathroom messier then when they arrived and needed the use of a bucket and towel to clean up. Overall though happy with the end result and would recommend to others.

Wayne provided an accurate estimate and detailed explanation. James and Evan completed the required work very professionally and efficiently. We couldn't be happier with the installation of our new laundry tub and repair of the clean-out.

I made a big mistake calling this company. I needed a drain cleared and they charged me $30 just to show up. Then the quote to snake the drain way 4x the price I had to pay from a different company. I wrote a the a cheque for $30 dollars to make them go away. They then said my cheque was denied and have had multiple harrasing phone call for this $30 just to come to my house. I will not indorse this company in any way and will tell everyone I know to avoid using this service if that's what you want to call it.

I'd recommend this company first. They were extremely knowledgeable, we have a 100year old house with a leak in basement and corroded pipes. They offered options, the plumber knew what he was dealing with when he began the work and repaired, installed new valve, fixed leak and came under quote of other company. The Best part is that they gave me an option, educated us on this old plumbing and efficiently fixed the problem. I respect tradesmen who answer questions, take time to explain, and not overcharge for work. This creates trust and repeat business, cornerstone to success. I'd use DrainsRUs again.

Will helped us unclogging our kitchen sink drain. He is very professional and fast. We booked the appointment one day prior and didn't have to call them the second time. Will was on time and fast to fix the issue. I am pleased with the service and would recommend this company.
