I first started speaking with Jennifer a few years back due to some anxiety related issues. I can’t even describe how much she helped me. She provided me with tools that I use everyday, and created a warm, inviting space that I felt safe in. Counselling with Jennifer Michaud & associates was actually a day I looked forward to each week. I highly highly recommend setting up an appointment with Jennifer or one of her lovely colleagues.

Jennifer Michaud and associates has always been super helpful. They are always kind and respectful. The receptionist always has a smile to greet you with and is quick to answer any questions. My counselor has been amazing, I'm so grateful for this company and the people that work for it. My counselor has really changed my life.

Jennifer is an amazing therapist. She offers a safe and inviting space to share all your thoughts and provide guidance. I started seeing her when it felt like my life was falling apart and I was dealing with a mountain of grief that I couldn’t get through on my own. She listened to me and gave me tools that I use every day. I’d recommend her to anyone. I have a strong belief that therapy is for everyone and it’s so important to look after your mental health.

My teenage son has been seeing Parm for a year and she's helped him so much with his anxiety. He's learned so many tools that he uses daily and is much more confident with friends and at school. The level of skill and support we've received as a family is exceptional--hands down a wonderful counselling practice that I would recommend to anyone with teenagers.
