Just stopped in with a friend, loved the cute decor and how a lot of it was locally made by the owners. Some of the items are a little bit on the higher end but since it’s locally made I don’t mind paying extra.I noticed another review saying how they weren’t greeted at the door, but I personally feel uncomfortable when sales people bombard you when you’re browsing.I’ll be back again when I have some more time to browse but in the meantime gave your Instagram a follow!

My daughter and My son 10 years old came to the Grandeur in southgate while I were shopping in the store right beside. They bought the planer book was $42 in cash . However I saw it and came to them to ask to return the calendar book because they are too young so they thought when Mom doesn’t need that they will be back to return it. But when we came the cashier and the manager, they both said no refund cash even my kids just purchased in few minutes. They asked us to take the credit shop or gift card shop. But for sure we can’t purchase the planer book in $42 plus tax ( too expensive with me) and my kids didn’t realize it can’t return. Everyone has to read carefully and I am definitely not recommended with that shop. The manager is so rude as well.

The stuff is cute but the customer service is awful. The cashier followed us around the store without even a hello or a welcome.

Went in to buy a shampoo bar from one of my favourite brands. Girl followed me around the whole time I looked at other things. I paid at the till with her coworker (take in other girl is still close behind, so had to have saw me pay), wasn't offered a receipt or bag. So I just walked out. Was chased down a few meters away, the girl who had been following was yelling telling me I didn't pay. When I told her I did and tried explaining the coworker never offered a receipt she interrupted me with a loud NO". She then told me I need to show a receipt. I explained once again I never got one. She then asked for proof

I was referred to Grandeur for their bath bombs! They had a nice selection that I was very impressed with. So, I purchased 4 of them - reasonably priced. However, I will agree with the others reviews, the customer service was awful and very disappointing. I attempted a few times to start conversations about the signs being sold in the store. They were really nice and I loved so many of the quotes, but the gentleman, working in the store was so rude and reluctant to talk to me. So, I left without any of the 4 signs that I was interested in. I love to support local shops but only when I feel that my purchase is appreciated.

Do not buy anything from Grandeur unless you prefer to buy overpriced items are 100% sure you will want to keep them. I bought a Minnie Mouse squishmallow for my daughter for Christmas at this store. When I went to Save On, the same item was less than half the price!! I took squishmallow back to Grandeur and explained that I needed to return it because the mark up seemed unreasonable. The cashier said that since they are a smaller store, they can’t compete with big box stores. Well then perhaps keep your products local then? Why is it okay to charge over double for mainstream products and say it’s because you’re a small business. In my opinion, marking up over double the regular price is too much. I want to support local business but this business also needs to earn the trust of its patrons, which is something that appears to be lacking. Like the other reviewers state, I was offered a store credit and had to hunt for something suitable that was less than what I paid for the toy because I was determined not to give another cent to this store.

The only store within Edmonton that actually sells “Sonny Angel” in store. Really friendly owners and beautiful store! I’m excited to shop here again.

I love this store! Its my go to place to buy all my gifts!! The staff are always so helpful and friendly!! The staff say hello and always make sure I’m doing ok…which is great customer service in my books!!

If i could give this place a zero i would. HORRIBLE customer service. they NEVER say hi nor do they come to ask how your doing. no wonder no one goes in there. the customer services sucks. clearly this meaningless store needs to be replaced with a better store !!!! to the manager , hire better people …
