Best West Alterations

I have basic sewing skills myself but I had this dress made out of a really stretchy fabric and she did an excellent job. Some things need a pro.

The sign infront of the door said mandatory masks, yet the person working there wasn't wearing one. Only took cash....in the middle of a pandemic I thought businesses didn't take cash. When I asked if she took a credit card she said you can e-transfer me the money. Seemed kind of sketchy to me.

I came across this new alterations store in West Kelowna by chance and brought in some jeans and dresses to get fixed. Once I got the product back I was amazed with the level of quality compared to the price. Everything was done within three days and they even offered to deliver my cloths to me! Will be coming back again very soon.

She was so patient with my alterations, and did not overcharge me when I changed my mind many times. Would definitely go here again.

I found this shop as I was passing through West Kelowna and decided to drop by with a few things I had been meaning to alter for quite some time. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean and professional the interior of their shop was, I was greeted pleasantly and left feeling confident in the owners ability. I was very surprised when I was called the next day, and told that my alterations were complete. Very impressed with how quickly and how well everything was done. When I picked everything up I was told that a garment I felt should have been altered a certain way wouldn't have come out the way I envisioned it, and was completely blown away. The owner completed it in a way that was even better than I pictured.

Tatyana did a lovely job lengthening the arms on my coat - you can't even tell it's a slightly different fabric. Thanks Tatyana :)
