Need it for your computer, you will find out here! My son shops here for his computer needs. Lots of computer parts, printer ink, head sets for gaming, gaming chairs, computers, laptops. Lots of employees in the store as well. It also has smart watches and phones I believe. Prices are pretty good too! Would recommend for all your computer needs!

Love Micro Center! Great computer and electronics store. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, there always seems to be a manager an the sales floor making sure everyone is being taken care of properly. Their warranty on computer equipment is awesome! If you buy something that fails, then they take care of it right now. No middle men, no back and fourth, just simple, straightforward help. I’ve spent months waiting on “warranty” issues at other places in town, that simply doesn’t happen here if you purchase their coverage. Great store, great people, great products. Nicely done.

My experience is bittersweet. This location has a lot to offer. Product is great and well organized. I've been here multiple times and my experience has been disappointing. Overall the staff practice prejudice/racist standards. On multiple occasions I've experienced being blatantly ignored, watching my white counterparts being happily welcomed. I will say there have been two associates that have been proactive in their service and I gladly gave them my business (I don't have time to allow my pride to get in the way of what I came to accomplish) This review is for anyone that questioned their experience and to shine light on experiences I've had here. Last example of my point of this review. Standing in a long line, as I approach the point to wait for an available register, a white gentleman working the register came available but decided to pace back and forth, not doing anything but pacing, as soon as another register became available, I proceeded to checkout there, making it one step beyond his register, he then calls for the next person behind me which happen to be a white male to be helped. If this were the only example I had, I'd reflect to myself but I have multiple, 8x the stories. My company is technology driven, I have to utilize this option but I won't allow my experiences to go unheard. I'll take a step further and say, I won't be back.

Just spent 20+ min. waiting in line at customer service only to be told this wasn’t the right place for customer service. The young guy who had just come into the service area and signed in called the right person to come to us when I told him how long I had waited, when the more senior guy came over telling someone on his phone he was bringing me to him. He walked me over to the other department where the new guy tells me 3 people were waiting ahead of me. NOT the way to do business and expect customers to be happy. I left never to return. Oh, and this was midweek in the early afternoon. Can’t image what weekends are like here! I found what I wanted on Amazon. No surprise it was a lower price and free shipping rather than the $20 shipping Micro Center would have charged.

Great service. I have bought the parts for the past 4-5 computers there and even have had one built custom for a special project and they took the time to call me to say there was an issue with the case I picked and we needed to change it out. They explained why and gave me choices. Such great customer service. It's the small things that make places like this better than others.

I sent my laptop in for repair and got it back in good shape. Was pretty anxious about the whole ordeal but they got the repair done in only two weeks and I am happy with the result. Shoutout to Alex and Jacob too for being super cool and helpful in answering my questions.

6 weeks after purchasing a laptop, there was a problem with the power port. It was under warranty, buy I was forced to waste 3 days arguing as the company did not want to honor the warranty. Finally 2 managers agreed that it was under warranty and the repair or replacement would be free. I went in, stood in line for an hour only to be informed that they were not going to honor the warranty. They wanted $300 for the repair, hilarious as their competitors do the same repair for less than$100.The entire time I was there, all I heard them say was It would be cheaper to buy a new one". Strongly recommend avoiding this company. Their business model is based on churning customers not keeping them

Excellent selection of PC components for DIY. Prices were fantastic. They also did price match against BB and Amazon. Sales floor people were all knowledgeable and nice to talk to. Manager even thanked me personally for choosing them at the checkout counter.

By far the best computer parts store in the twin cities. I've done business with Micro Center for many years now, and not once have I been disappointed with my purchases. From the friendly, knowledgeable and patient staff to the excellent products they sell, they make their competition look like amateurs. This is my go to whenever I need something, and I hope they never close their doors. (At least not permanently!)
