Washago Centennial Park
Nice little park with a small beach and fishing area. There is a shelter area with around 8 to 10 tables that can be used for picnics. It is unclear whether charcoal bbqs are allowed but a local group told us that it was ok to use as long as we dispose of the coal and other waste properly. There are a few swings and slides etc for little kids. Highly recommended.

Beach isn't bad, pavilion is nice and big for parties or family gatherings. It has a ball diamond, bike pump track, a nice large field for a soccer game or playing catch. A boat launch adds access to Lake Couchiching and the Trent Severn waterway. Some shops are close by for the basic needs, and restaurants for a quick bite to eat.

Beautiful space, great park. Enclosed space for doggos is a huge bonus.

It's beautiful here. We went for a picnic lunch and were able to use a picnic table. There lots to see, and close. Turtles, fish, shade trees, a nice breeze, park, baseball diamond, bike park, pavilion, etc. Nice and clean:)

Washago Centennial Park
Nice little park and beach. Has washrooms/change rooms, covered picnic area, boat launch, playground, spots for fishing from shore and lots of parking. Also there is an off leash dog park at the end of the laneway.

Washago Centennial Park
Beautiful spot at the top of Lake Couchiching. Washago means “sparkling waters” and you can see that here. Visited today (February) and saw the Trumpeter Swans visiting! Easy to even just park and look out on a windy day. Nice playground on site for kids as well. Beautiful fenced in dog park as well!

Love this park- large area to spread out and relax in the summer. There are a ton of bugs already though and it's only April.. I'm reminded that the mosquitoes here are insane.
