If you have the choice to live somewhere else do it. Don't live here. We've had nothing but issues and we are being made to feel bad just for asking for help. Nothing gets properly fixed and no one cares about boundaries. And most neighbours are rude and scare children too. They will either ignore you or say they will help but then don't show to fix issues.

Very rude and prejudice old man lives in #25 next to the main office.He throws rocks at cars with his lawn mower, thinks he owns the place and the streets tells kids playing to be quiet in mid-day. He complains about where people park and will cal the city on you to give you tickets for no reason. Don't move here.

Amazing location, cannot beat the 5 minute drive to the byward market. It is as if you live downtown Ottawa for a fraction of the price.

Property manager is a piece of work and should be fired in my opinion. Threatens tenants place has roaches and very rude individual. Don't rent from these ppl. Maybe the manager with the blue Honda should get some anger management counseling. Renters beware
