190 Lees Avenue - Apartments for Rent

190 Lees is the most enjoyable flat I've been in in Lees Ave neighbourhood. I'd want to specifically thank Meilan for always being the first to react to messages and address issues as they occur.

You can tell they work very hard, although they are very busy but they have an amazing service, Malian helped me a lot to get my unit and she worked very hard with me, she is such a nice helpful person.Thanks you so much Malian.

I had a wonderful experience in getting the apartment for rent. Meilan who was my lease manager ensured that all the formalities are done in shorted amount of time. Overall, very convenient place to live with family without car.

My husband and I moved into this building last year. I can definitely say that living here has been pretty good. The building is undergoing some renovations which turn out to be great! The new carpets in the hallway and newly painted doors look classy! Our unit has brand new appliances. The location of this building is always a plus. Meilan and the management have been very helpful in regards to our maintenance requests.

This building is a really great place to live. I have been living here for the past 1 year and had a really good experience.Meilan Sai was my leasing agent and she really helped me with everything. She was so good with everything and even today, if I have any issues she's always there to guide me and help me with anything and everything. I would definitely recommend this building for students and working professionals!

Not a good place to live not a good place to work. Tons of criminal activity. I worked here and understand how things work. Conflict between management and upper management. Stuff doesn’t really get done. For the rent trust me you could find something nicer for the price. Everyone just collecting there payments internally and externally the clients here are unhappy because of things not being repaired. Apartment started falling apart after the 2nd week I moved in. Working here the management gave me the same work orders 3 weeks in a row.

We lived here for 5 years initially under Q management we enjoyed our stay. Clean well maintained tenant focussed by staff that lived in the bldg. However things drastically declined when Cogir took over. Staff was cut in half nobody lived in the bldg anymore just walk into office and out the door at 4pm. Bugs, fire alarms numerous times false alarms mostly daily, water turned off constant construction with no regard for tenants. Building security dud not exist tennis court bbq court were wide open for public to use. Gies were lit from trash in there. Sent pictures and emails to Cogir but they rmbmnever responded

They always over charge than advertised. VERY rude staff. The apartment complex is very dirty and filled with roaches and insects. Corners are always moldy and they will not take care of the mold unless you threaten them with legal action. Overall TERRIBLE location and staff

One of the new employee is rude and uneducated of the details of the building residents. I was previously instructed over a year ago to deliver mail from the previous tenant as they passed away and the rental office asked that I bring any received mail for that tenant to the office. While delivering the mail today to the new office employee I was treated extremely condescendingly to which bystanders intervened due to the lack of respect and proper communication exhibited by this new employee. Extremely disappointing and unnecessary manner from this individual.
