You know initially I was kind of hesitant to go for 85$/person since I have gone out onto the lakes with my paddleboard and I'm a frequent visitor to the Rocky Mountains ...but it was absolutely worth it and I would 100% recommend this to everyone! The views are absolutely stunning, the lack of civilization and human touch really just brings it onto another level!!! Apparently you can see alot of wildlife if you're lucky, we got to see a very low flying bald eagle which was pretty awesome. For us the lake was calm and it was a beautiful sunny day for the 50ish minite boat ride. They slowed down/stopped at the border on the lake to allow for a photo opportunity which was a super cool experience. Once we arrived at the station, there was a presentation, restrooms and wonderful photo ops. Our guide Keith was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G, personable, knowledgeable, funny, charming and polite. Also, shout out to the US Park Ranger Frank for his time and interactive presentation, he was awesome too!

This was an amazing tour! We weren't expecting to get as much scenery and info as we did. The guide, a Waterton resident, came and talked with us as well. Cannot recommend this tour enough. You will not be disappointed. If you're riding on the top deck and it's windy, dress appropriately.

We took the 2 hrs 15 minutes cruise to Goat Haunt and back. The crue was very professional and explained about the history, nature and the archeology in a very detailed and interesting fashion. The short hike in Goat Haunt peace park gave many opportunities for some beautiful photo time. The only shortcomings is that there are no washroom facilities on board and prior to boarding the closest washroom was closed for maintenance. We were planning to take the 10am cruise but ended up taking the 1pm cruise as part of our travel group went in search of another washroom and got delayed. Therefore, I recommend you visit the visitor center washrooms prior to coming to the cruise location.

Such a cool and fun way to see the park. Our guide, Jeremy told so many great stories and gave us wonderful information about the park and the things we were seeing. He was also a great sport when someone made a joke about him later at a comedy show at Pizza of Waterton.

Do not miss this! What an amazing way to experience and learn about Waterton! The hosts were extremely knowledgable, happily answered any questions, and made it such an enjoyable experience! Bring a jacket because it gets *really* windy, and don't forget sunscreen! It was overcast and I still got a bit sun burnt!

Fantastic trip on the Miss Waterton over into Montana. Mike was our tour guide and is so full of knowledge you can tell he really loves the area. We learned so much and had a great time.

Very nice little cruise on the lake. Personable crew.Go in July or August though if you want to cruise all the way to the South end of the lake and into the USA.

Highly recommend! Our experience with this tour was absolutely fantastic. Our tour guide was outstanding, providing us with a wealth of information and fascinating fun facts throughout the journey. The captain went above and beyond, making sure to stop and even turn the boat around to give us an up-close encounter with a majestic bald eagle and the border crossing. The scenery was simply breathtaking, offering over an hour of uninterrupted immersion in the beauty of nature.Not only did we appreciate the stunning surroundings, but our kids also had a blast during the ride. They were thrilled to witness the captain skillfully navigate the boat, adding an extra level of excitement to the whole experience. The price we paid, $186 for 2 adults and 3 kids, felt well worth it considering the quality of the tour.We are already planning to return soon, especially once the border crossing opens in July. Our tour guide mentioned that back in 2018, the tour would extend all the way to Montana, with a stop at the Goat Haunt Ranger Station, allowing us to explore the area before heading back to Waterton. We can't wait to embark on that extended journey and discover even more incredible sights.
