Went there to speak to receptionist about fishing rod rental. Gave my plate but still got a ticket from Concord Parking who refuse to listen to the dispute.City of Surrey seems to be making up their budget shortfall by ticketing vehicles legally parked.Time to avoid Surrey parks & businesses.

This is a wonderful museum right in the park, which displays lot of information about nature, flora ,fauna, birds and animals.Classes are also run for junior school students.A place with excellent organization.

Amazing park and public space. Really interesting displays inside the center on the natural and civic history of the area too. They also loan out fishing gear for free!

Great park but could use some love, many signs identifing the trees are sun bleached or the posts are broken/knocked over. There is plenty of space and a few activities to do as well. I wish there were more educational aspects but over all a great spot to visit.

It’s such a nice and rejuvenating little park in the middle of the city. There’s many things for kids to do. They have camps and story telling. There is a lot of interesting history behind it that you can read about as you walk through the park.

Great place to come and learn about nature. Sammy the salamander has a cool story. Melissa was the staff on duty and made me feel very welcome.

Nice place to spend a day with family, kids and dogs. It’s so relaxing and you can witness lot of birds. Very easy trail to walk around the lake and inside the woods.

Amazing & overwhelming, Surrey Nature Centre provides a very good collection of natural entities like timber & other inhabitants of timber forest, expressing the history behind the creation & development of the forest after it was once modified, now getting the forest with environment in urban area of Surrey in fullness of facilities for a meditative, relaxing & concentrative approach, I have visited several times recently.

My son goes to nature preschool here, 3 days a week for 3 hours. Teachers are very kind, and well prepared for the weather.The nature center is cool as well. I would recommend bringing the family. You can take the kids into the forest on an expedition, as they provide kits with science related supplies. It is definitely an interesting, and exploitative way to spend a few hours outside.
