First time here, the place is beautifully decorated prices are excellent staff is knowledgeable and super friendlyas well. I had a great massage here and left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. Thank you to Tamara! The atmosphere is very calming and peaceful, making it the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I highly recommend Joie Day Spa to anyone looking for a fantastic spa experience at an affordable price. Overall, a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back!

Joie Day Spa took such amazing care of me during my pregnancy. I came in regularly for Mama Jelly Belly masks which made a huge difference in the softness and appearance of my stomach skin. Throughout my whole pregnancy regularly visiting Joie, I didn’t get 1 stretch mark on my belly since having these Jelly Belly Masks!The staff was so kind and took personal interest throughout my pregnancy journey. They took such careful care of my needs and always went far and beyond when treating me. I recommend Joie to anyone who wants a personal, intimate Spa experience that is all Heart! The treatments are high quality and the environment is so welcoming. Definitely my favourite place to go for a treat!

This is a full service day spa. They have all aesthetic services as well as registered massage therapists and sell organic skincare line. You can do full day packages or select individual services. There are services listed on their website that are not available including the lashes. I’d say the only downfall to the spa is the location. There is free parking but the area of the city is not good and they have to have their front door locked at all times and the employees use a code to enter. They should think about adding a doorbell because when I arrived, there was no one in the reception area and I was forced to knock on the glass which was not pleasant. I’m sure they didn’t think so with but I was waiting outside on the street for awhile and was uncomfortable due to the local residents.

This is a hidden gem! My boyfriend took me here for a spa day, and this was a beautiful and relaxing space. The massage and mud exfoliating scrub genuinely made my skin feel hydrated for days! My only warning is the showers are in the space in the front lobby so there is not a lot of privacy. You have to walk in the front to reach the room. Once you're there its great! Be aware if you are conscious of that sort of thing.They have yummy cocktails to really relax and party rooms for a girl spa day! The pedicures and manicures are quite pricey but you are getting QUALITY.I would recommend this place every time!

So delightful! I had an indulgence facial from Sabrina. It was my first ever facial and I loved every second! Products were luxurious and the massage was perfect. Facilities were very clean and the staff were all delightful and friendly.

My husband and I went to Joie Day Spa in May for our anniversary. Hubby got a massage and paraffin treatment. I had a wonderful facial and a mani/pedi. We enjoyed using the steam/ sauna room and also enjoyed some champagne and a yummy charcuterie board. We were well taken care of and all of the staff we met were very friendly and kind. We thoroughly enjoyed the services we received. We would definitely return again and recommend this spa to our family and friends.

I found this place almost two years ago after my friend raved about a spa she went to. It is now my go to place in Hamilton . I have had a number of spa services -massage, pedicures, manicures and facials. I always have a great experience at Joie Day Spa. I find the staff to be friendly and welcoming. The prices are reasonable and I highly recommend this spa to all my friends!!!

I went today for a hot stone massage, facial and lashes with Sabrina and it was absolutely amazing. I will never book a regular massage again, the hot stone is where it’s at. She did an amazing job with my lashes, I’m so in love and can’t wait to book another session with her! I can’t recommend her enough!!

This place is overpriced and lacks quality. For a place that literally has to buzz you in for your/their own safety because the neighbourhood it's in, I'm not sure what I expected. You could get the same set of nails at a different spa cheaper, that doesn't take 2.5 hours sitting in an uncomfortable chair in a windowless room, and actually looks good (mine ended up with bubbles all over the top coat on several nails). This all wasn't really enough to get me super peeved, because not everything needs to be perfect, but these nails FELL OFF within a week, which gives them a lifespan less than press on nails I could have purchased at a Shoppers DrugMart. None of the staff, aside from the receptionist who was incredibly lovely, seem to have any diligence about fixing their mistakes in a timely manner despite it probably only taking a few minutes of their day. Won't be returning, or recommending this place to anyone else.
