They were quick and very professional. Emailed on Sunday and wasp were gone on Monday. At first they didn't think they would be able to get the nest but in the end they got them all, and I didn't have to get stung trying to do it myself!

We had a problem with squirrels and contacted Birch for help. From the beginning the office staff, field staff and management were exemplary. Their service was outstanding and prompt.I would have no problem in recommending this company to family and friends.

Haleem was a fantastic ambassador for Birch when he came to get rid of wasps on my porch. He cheerfully donned his protective suit in the 30 degree heat and went at it. The wasps had infested a wicker chest on my porch, which he even bagged and took to the dumpster here. His positive attitude and pride in a job well done were evident. Thanks, Haleem!

Haleem from Birch took care of two wasps' nests and three ant hills for me today. He was very friendly, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and he did an amazing job, while explaining what he was doing as he went and seeking input from me as needed. We needed to confirm a bed bug free suite after removing a problem tenant. These guys were very understanding and responsive. They talked me out of a more expensive service that I thought I needed! And after a very punctual, thorough and professional inspection assured us that we needed no further action. I trusted them and was really happy to have spent the money for the peace of mind. Will use them again - although I hope to never have to!

They treated my Birch trees for Leaf Miner & did an exceptional job from the first contact through to the actual treatment.

Nope, cannot recommend them. When I booked with them for a nice infestation in a rental, I was given an appointment. The day arrived and they no showed with no call - end of business day I called in and they rescheduled for a later day in the week. That day arrived, and I was waiting and again, no show. When I called the main phone line (this time frustrated), I got a lippy front desk girl who had the nerve to tell me because I was a PO that I should know not to be frustrated with their lack of professionalism. I got reimbursed for the treatment, filed a BBB complaint (which was wildly unhelpful, btw), and used one of their much better competitors.Just don’t go here. They’ll waste your time.EDIT: While the GM here says they don’t charge up front, I paid in advance for the second round of extermination to my rental when the servicemen was in the house - so they absolutely charge ahead. Cancelled that second round after repeated appointment no shows and went elsewhere.

Bed bug inspection. Ladies and dogs were amazing. I was blown away by how kind, informative and thorough they were . I now have piece of mind and can finally breath after almost 3 months of this worry. Thank you to the lovely ladies and birch fumigators for allowing my family to get back to normal again. We all now can sleep soundly.

I called Birch Fumigators to deal with a large ant problem in my yard. They booked an appointment for that same week. I was expecting a huge price tag for this work and was surprised that when I got the bill....It was almost half of what I expected!I want to add a shout out to Diana for her excellent service. It was an extremely hot day and she endured it with a smile and humour. She was very thorough and did a great job. I haven't seen an ant outside yet.In today's world it's sometimes difficult finding dedicated employees and you have one there. She was a dream to work with.
