THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE! GO HERE, GREAT PRICES, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF, VERY ACCESSIBLE COMPARED TO OTHERS IN MISSISSAUGA, TORONTO ETC. I GOT MY DOCUMENTS (ABOUT 10) FINISHED IN LITTLE OVER A WEEK. THEY CALL YOU WHEN THEIR FINISHED.

My wife had to retranslate her own documents multiple times because after paying nearly 600 dollars the translation service provided couldn't even get my name right for a receipt, let alone translate a document correctly. It was a horrific experience for me and because of the lack of communication for the first few days I initially thought I was scammed out of my money. I'll never use their service again after what I went through, and recommend against anyone else from doing so.

The guy under name Peter Rongfam (fake?) leaves fake reviews to other translation agencies, but gives 5-star to ITS. I wonder if monkey business is going to help ITS get more clients. Please revise your approach to the way you deal with clients (who are not fool and see what is going on) and competitors. Respect them and delete fake reviews.
