Our roof was damaged during a wind storm. I emailed Josiah to come give me a quote. He came same day, super responsive in our emails and he's very easy to talk to and very approachable. Having someone easy to talk to was key. He did not pressure us to make a decision. He replies super fast in his emails.Installation day, him and his team were prompt. They always kept me in the loop if any issues and changes occurred.Would totally use them again and highly recommend this company. Right from when Josiah came to give us our quote he was not pushy, explained everything and really took the time to answer any questions we had.We had another company give us a quote and we were told two pieces of plywood needed to be replaced. We mentioned this to Josiah and he put that work into his price. While he was doing the roof he inspected the plywood in question and told us it wasn't necessary to replace it and took that charge off our invoice. That speaks volumes about his honesty and integrity.I would 100% recommend Kuepfer Enterprises to anyone looking for an honest company with reasonable rates. 10/10

I would give them more stars if I could!I had a few critters move into my garage and the shingles had seen better days, so I requested quotes from a couple places. Josiah came a few days later to quote the work. I booked him on the spot and cancelled the other quote requests because I had a gut feeling about him.Josiah did not let me down. He is hardworking, honest and friendly. I felt like his pricing was fair and he definitely powered through the work very quickly. Perhaps I could have found someone slightly cheaper, but he was worth every penny.I say book him. He’s a great human being and he won’t disappoint. Seriously. Stop reading this review because you need to call and get your roof replaced. It’s looking kinda sad, if I’m being honest.P.S. Yes, I know the eaves troughs and other parts of the garage need to be power washed. I’m sorry about the sad roof comment.

I wish there were more contractors like this in the region. Lately it seems you are stuck between large companies that are changing exorbitant prices for small work or smaller businesses that are unprofessional (ghost you, don't give real quotes, or give quotes and then ghost you).Within 5 days I had a quote to having the work done (a heating coil to help with ice dams) with the final invoice. The price was the same as other unprofessional contractors I had by (no quote, just a number in an email), and the bigger companies couldn't bother to help.

Josiah did a great job on our roof this week. My husband and I thought he was such a great guy to deal with!Very professional, knowledgeable and always followed up with us promptly on everything we had questions about.
