Matt was extremely unprofessional and ended up making more of a mess . I can not speak for the rest of the company as my only experience was with him. He made it sound like he owned the company was was shocked to hear he was not the owner. If they send Matt send him away you will be thankful

Very impressive installation of our entire heating and hot water system, including dual fuel heat pump/AC and gas furnace, hot water on demand, all related plumbing and electrical works. From first quote to final touches, couldn’t be any happier!

We upgraded from an electrical furnace to a high efficiency heat pump. We got our first quote from these guys in 2017 and then again in 2020 and finally decided to go ahead. We dragged our feet deciding and called so many times through both quoting processes. They were responsive and honest and great to communicate with. We ended up getting a humidifier attached to our heat pump and they even put a sensor in our baby's nursery for 2 weeks to ensure it was working.Since installation we keep our house 3 degrees warmer and enjoy a 1/3rd reduction in our heat bill. We really should have done this years ago. They also helped us get the rebate from the BC government.

This is the rudest owner I have dealt with who hangs up calls when you call back about a mistake their worker did that caused damage that was later found by another tech from a different company. Their tech came to service my gas fireplace but they moved my logs and did not put it back properly so the logs burned when I turned on the fire last winter. The logs burned and caused the glass to blacken. When a new tech came to do maintain the gas fireplace they noted the burned log and black glass and said they will not touch it since the mistake was done by another and I should contact the original company. (while Western technical serviced my fireplace they broke the fireplace glass but they did a very bad job putting it back in -leaving gasket showing and did poor silicon job-as pointed out by the new company tech, so he did not want to take the risk of western technical's bad repair) When I spoke to the owner he just said you are calling to accuse my worker I will not take it and hung up. When I tired to explain that we did not live at the house in 2017 but drove up to have it serviced and left until we moved in last summer, he just hung up the phone.

Matt is professional and friendly. A pleasure to have him in our home. Really cares about our home comfort.

I have used Matt a few times for different projects in Whistler and he has always been very responsive and reliable. The work was always carried out efficiently and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Matt always responds immediately if I have any issues and I feel I can rely on them to get the job done.

We had heat pump issues in the middle of an extreme heat wave, and I contacted multiple companies over the weekend to get some relief. Western Technical Systems replied to their online form within hours, and a technician visited us the next day. They were the quickest the get back to us and were able to see us the soonest, and their technician took the time to explain what was going on in detail. We'd definitely use their services again!
