They keep speeding through the local park and running people off the path. I've seen them speed through and slam their breaks when behind someone and tailgate them until they get out of their way in spots that they could easily go around like the park trucks do. I've seen it multiple times this week. Today they were tailgating a woman on the path, pushing her child. Staying no more than five feet away from her until she went on the grass.
