I had a recent transaction at the new Glasgow Highland Square mall sports check store and I would rate it a 10 out of 10. A young lad named Daniel, in the sporting good section, went beyond and beyond his call of duty to answer any questions and to go retrieve summer stock for me.It was so nice to deal with such a pleasant and helpful young employee .Thank you Daniel

Friendly staff but due to the nature of slower sales, staff numbers are limited. That being said, they are always helpful and even willing to help in departments they do not have cross-trainjng in. Great selection of fitness, outdoor and casual apparel along with sporting equipment. The store usually does not ship in items from other stores unless you, the customer, are persistent.

First off normally when I visit this store I get amazing service but yesterday I go in needing a couple things for my bike. I was looking for a worker to help me out with a few questions I had....nobody at all came by to ask if I needed help so after 30 minutes of nobody coming to help I call my boyfriend and he tells me it will work so I’m walking around the store following the arrows to the till, EVERY SINGLE WORKER was standing in a group at the front tills on their phones. The cashier is FaceTiming as she is putting my order through, everyone else is standing in a group in their phones. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE last night. (JUNE 13, 2020)
