These folks go out of their way. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Came in in Friday at 430 from Ottaw after forgetting to put my oil cap on after checking my oil. Desparate for an oil cap. They didn't have one that fit my mazda but said they could have it next day. I was travelling to Belleville and could not wait that long. Upon hearing this, they started to make calls for me: to their other stored, to an import car dealer, to a few junk yards. They did everything they possibly could, near closing time, to help me out. Found the part in Brockville and brought out every manner of oil/gas cap they had in stock to temporarily get one to fit and hold long enough till Brockville. Truly exceptional service and turned my day around for me. GREAT TEAM you have. Thanks Again.

Great Location! Very friendly, helpful staff. My Mini Cooper decided to burn out an ignition coil on the way to work. Limped to the Kemptville Benson, and they went out of their way to round up the parts and tools i needed. Was back on the road, with the car purring like a kitten!
