I ordered pickup from 3rd Avenue south location on their app and it was ready by the time I could get there - on time - as usual!Pizza was perfect as ordered, and I was in an out in a minute with a contactless transaction!Great pizza and great service!!!

Visited west side Domino’s; the employee was giving bad look when asked for paper napkins, was confirming the order as I requested for extras again the same thing. No courtesy no manners if the employee is not willing to work late shifts and do the orders properly then they should not be asked to.

It depends on who's working, one time I got a little I know I ordered a thin crust with no cheese chicken tomatoes and mushrooms and I think I got maybe three pieces of chicken like tiny ones

Mistake turned GREAT EXPERIENCE. I'd ordered here twice before, good experiences. I dig the app and tracking stuff. It's cool. Then this time I accidentally got charged way too much on my credit card. When I went back to have the excess amount put back on my credit card they did exactly what they should have done. They made it right. (I got some free product). Places won't always be perfect, but as long as they make it right I'm 100% okay with it. The manager was great. The guy who helped me had a goatee at this point in time.

I had ordered pizza to my new address and the app changed it to my 2x old address. I noticed just in time and they were amazing. Changed the order to the westside location with no question and was just overall amazing customer service!!!!

I order online for delivery, probably have a pie once a week. Coupons show up amazing deals, and they are the best price for value in the city. I have ordered here for years, and can afford it as a student of the UofL. They never skimp on toppings, when you ask for extra anything they hook it up insanely awesomely, and everything always tastes really good. The delivery is incredibly fast, I live in the deep westside and so they haul ass here generally in 10 minutes. Even on weekends and busy days they get here in 15-20. Longest I ever had to wait was 35 minutes on a holiday, still better than some averages at other places. Best place to order pizza in my opinion.

since when do you tip before you even pay for your order? the 3rd avenue location has overcooked my order skimped on the cheese and left me with a dried out piece of dough. enough for me . i will try something else. no recommendation here!

Been ordering from this location for years and they are usually pretty good on their delivery times and estimates...that is until today. 30 minutes from leaving the store until delivery to a location 3 minutes' drive (eight blocks) away? I should have just walked there and back at that rate but that's beside the point. Phoned the store and the person who answered told me the driver took other orders and delivered them first before mine despite my location being closer. As a result, pizza was cold and dried out. Going forward, I am hoping this is an isolated negative incident.

Pretty good pizza for a chain- consistent pizza anywhere you go . Personally I like them, and the app makes tracking the 'doneness' of your order convenient
