Meal itself was good. Ordered 1/4 white with fries, extra fries and extra sauce at drive-thru. Why on earth would you place Lindt chocolates in a bag with these hot items. All melted and garbaged.

The worst customer service I have ever had. We have had many bad experiences with this location but continue to use them. I will never again after ordering online and it getting sent to another store. Mistakes happen. I called the store to replace the order directly with them for delivery and they told me it would be over an hour (This was 1pm in the afternoon, not a dinner rush) When I explained the situation, I was promptly told Oh well it will still be over an hour" I re explained that this was not ok

This is the worst Swiss Chalet I’ve ever been to. The staff talks about the customers in their own language, they post prices that are different than what they charge you (their after 8pm special), and their front staff are poorly trained, not even knowing what the specials are. Absolutely brutal.

The food was pretty good. About what you'd expect for a Swiss chalet.I used the drive-through. The person I placed the order with was nice and recommended a combo to save some money. But the rest of the staff I interacted with at the window were a bit short (but that's to be expected)The place definitely didn't give very clean / well maintained vibes unfortunately.

I gave 1 star but I wish I could give 0. Our waitress was the rudest waitress I’ve ever experienced in my life. I’ve never experienced a waitress more rude. We got inside the restaurant and got seated, we were supposed to have a good and happy meal with family and were looking forward to it. Right off the bat, when we were asking questions about the food, she had no patience and started acting mad and giving us attitude like rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing and mumbling something angrily under her breath.

Ordered a Caesar Salad with Bacon from here which cost me $6.99. My husband called to complain, because the salad was not presented nice, missing the bacon, some pinkish Color on the salad, and very little cheese which was at the bottom of the salad. Back and fourth with the manager, which seemed to have doubted us when telling her about the salad. You pay so much for a salad, and they can’t even give you fresh lettuce, and moneys worth of toppings. What a waste of money.

Quarter Chicken is too salty. Could have just been a one off. Usually it's not too salty.Waitress wonderful.Owner is AMAZING!Lovely inside upgrades to the restaurant.

Ordered dinner for delivery. Ordered arrived partially complete (missing 1 meal). Called Georgetown Swiss Chalet directly to advise. I was told driver would be right back with missing food. 30 minutes later, missing meal still not arrived. Called Swiss Chalet Georgetown again. Driver just received order and is on it's way... no offer of compensation.Delivery driver arrived after another 15 minutes and left the food on our front porch (did not even knock on door or ring doorbell). Our dog alerted us of the delivery drivers arrival. Terrible customer service!
