MAC Cosmetics

I have 0 idea what my makeup artists name was but she’s blonde.She was rude, not only towards me but to my own mom which I did not appreciate.My makeup was HORRIBLE. Not what my reference pictures looked like at all.. she did whatever she wanted. My mom saw how my mascara wasn’t fully filled so she nicely mentioned it out and she kept giving my mom the side eye.. the whole time I was keeping my cool, smiling, and being nice but truly I just wanted to get up and leave and it’s very unfortunate that I felt that way knowing it costed me $85… my mom works for MAC, Estée Lauder etc, but she MAKES the makeup (not a makeup artist) and she saw my moms badge. Once my mom pointed out the mascara, she got “defensive” about it so my mom stepped out for a bit and the makeup artist RUDELY said “if your mom works for MAC, then why isn’t she doing your makeup..” I sat there in SHOCK that I gotten spoken to like that about my mom.. anyways, there’s MORE to the story, but simple do not come here unless it’s to another artist.

If you want to return or exchange something, don't go there. Returns are not supported here, even if you bought it 5 minutes ago. If you want to exchange the goods, unless there is no discount in the store.

I love coming into this store! I always have a wonderful experience with Allison . She is highly knowledgable and will recommend products that will work with your style, lifestyle, needs and colour complexion. Allison is a very honest and professional Mac makeup artist. I highly recommend going to see her at the Mac store at Markville Mall !

I went to this MAC Store on March 6 around 6:20 p.m. and I was assisted by Alexis Setinas who was very pleasant, helpful with items I was looking for, and provided me with exceptional customer service! I definitely recommend this location! The other MAC employee, Ashley Woodhead, was very nice as well! Both staff made my experience wonderful!

Thank you Annie Choi, one of the store managers, for her exceptional customer service. I was trying to return some items for my wife at the store. It wasn't working initially due to system glitch. Anna had been very patient helping me out to get it resolved and refunded by working with the help desk over the phone. I was impressed with her professional attitude even though she had a cold and was not feeling well. 5 stars, period.

This review is for ELISA whom I had the pleasure of meeting yesterday. I called on a whim in an attempt to avoid horrendous Vaughan Mills line-ups (close to home). Good move! Markville Mall is closer to my work and just as nice only more quiet. Elisa was so helpful as my product has been revamped and she informed me she had some older stock that was on sale 40% off! So I zoomed up there to grab my two for one, and treated myself to a foundation brush to celebrate my savings. LOL She also told me you can return empties and they keep a tally for you! All my years using MAC and first time I heard this. She was so much fun, sweet, polite, professional and I felt very well informed and taken care of. Thank you again Elisa. It's worth the drive to deal with a professional such as yourself. I hope management appreciates you! I'll be back!

Convenient location and decent product selection. It's a hit-or-miss with staff knowledge - some are amazing (like, helped this brown girl find her EXACT foundation shade match. If you know, you know). Other staff were mediocre but not terrible. It's the only MAC in Saskatoon (I think?), so I appreciate that it's centrally located.

I recently visited the MAC store and was fortunate to meet Jade Aleksandra D. I can't thank her enough for her outstanding service and positive attitude. She generously shared her expertise on skincare products and I felt like my needs were fully understood. Her care and attention went above and beyond my expectations. Due to her exceptional service, I left the store feeling delighted and looking forward to my next visit. Thank you, Jade, for genuinely making my shopping experience a memorable one!
