I'll update this review pending legal resolution. Needless to say I did not have a good experience with Ross Construction or Almaleki Developments with whom I had the contract, and then a baseless lien in both me and my lawyers opinion.To give you an idea of their attention to detail; they placed foundation piles a full foot off and then came to me begging, and demanding, more money because they failed to notice before singing the contract that there were already houses built next to my lot and now they would have to truck away the excavation dirt and use a concrete pump, for which they claimed drove them $10k over budget and they were losing money. Everyone I've told that to is speechless that Ross / Almaleki didn't due their due diligence on such a basic and obvious fact.

Can't pay employees make them wait for weeks on end with no response definitely one of the worst companies out there

This company/its owner Mr. Ross has been using my photography illegally as part of their branding/advertising vinyl on their vehicle(s). This company/individual does not respond professionally or in a timely manor, has not cooperated with legal action, and has refused to pay for what is now over 1 year of illegal use of my content. They refuse to take responsibility and have been given more than ample time to fairly cooperate.EDIT: It has now been 1.5 years and Ross has still not cooperated or resolved this matter. I would be highly concerned sending any hint of business his way with these types of business ethics and morals.
