Damara Day Spa, Harbour Landing

Had a really great pedicure! Loved the polish colour selection and the foot massage was incredible. The skincare, body care, and foot care products are . I stop in often to stock up on my favourites. Definitely recommend visiting!

Had a terrible experience with this spa. I had a sudden flu come on in the afternoon and decided it was best to cancel my appointment due to vomiting. The spa did not accommodate whatsoever and charged me for cancellation. They were unable to understand the situation at all. I am under the impression they would rather have you fight through the sickness and vomit on the massage table next time. Although I won’t ever be rebooking after this terrible display of customer service. I would suggest booking with a different spa if you’re looking for solid customer service.

Unclear online bookings. They don’t specify if an RMT or an Esthetician will do your massage. Even was basically told that it’s my fault for booking online, hence I got an Esthetician instead of an RMT. Always have claimed hot stone massages on insurance but since they don’t specify who’s RMT or not on their choice online, they put me with an esthetician, without letting me know before hand or confirming with me. So now it’s unclaimable. Hope they fix their online bookings. Not going here again.

My pedicure was good. I paid for 2 services today, a pedicure with gel polish and a 30 minute foot massage. I left quite disappointed having spent over 200 with tip as my pedicure ended at 107 pm and by 120 the lady working on me had my socks back on.So I asked, is my foot massage later on (we were there with a group with multiple services being staggered) She said she “worked it into the service” all 13 minutes of gently rubbing lotion on my legs mostly….. hardly a foot massage.The kicker is my friend paid for the exact same services and has what looked like a wonderful foot massage by a different tech after her pedicure for at least 30 minutes. As did the woman in the chair next to her.So I’d say if you want a nice pedicure go for it, but save the extra money and skip the add on massage and see an RMT for a massage, since you may not get depending on the tech you have.

I had a wonderful pedicure with Priya. My feet were in very bad shape, and she just smiled and made them wonderful. Very friendly and willing to accommodate my request for unscented products as much as possible. Thank you Priya at Harbour Landing for a great job. Much appreciated.

Spent the extra for gel polish with my manicure and it was peeling off by day 4. My DIY lasts twice as long at a fraction of the price.

1. As soon as walking in this place, smell of garlic. It is supposed to smell something “ nice” in a spa place.2. This place is definably not for pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure, I don’t believe she is professionally trained- she did terrible job on apply nail polish - I could do better job than this. Over priced what you get for.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Damara Day Spa Harbour Landing for a massage therapy session with Wendy, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience.From the moment I walked into the spa, I was greeted warmly by the staff and immediately felt relaxed and at ease. The spa itself is beautifully designed and decorated, with calming colors and a serene ambiance that immediately put me in a peaceful state of mind.Wendy was my massage therapist, and I could not have been more impressed with her expertise and professionalism. She took the time to ask me about my specific needs and areas of tension, and then tailored the massage to address those concerns.Throughout the massage, Wendy used a combination of different techniques to work out the knots and tension in my muscles. She was incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, and I felt completely confident in her ability to help me feel better. After the massage, I felt like a new person - my muscles were relaxed and my mind was calm and peaceful.Overall, my visit to Damara Day Spa Harbour Landing for massage therapy with Wendy was an exceptional experience. I would highly recommend this spa and Wendy to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating massage therapy session.

I had my eyebrows waxed & tinted yesterday. The shape and colour are good however the wax removed layers of skin under my eyebrow and it's beginning to scab. Not sure if it was the technique or the wax but I've never had this happen before. - Also I was never contacted as they stated.
