Waited 30 minutes for a store associate. On a Tuesday morning at 11am when the place is quiet and at most 3 other customers on the floor. I associate came but said he doesn't know anything about smart homes and he'll get someone to help me. Nobody came. I guess I'll buy my stuff on Amazon

Really impressed with the size of this store on the edge of Downtown. They have everything you would expect to find in your typical Best Buy (side note: always surprises me that they carry small and major appliances). While there were several staff around I didn’t think the service was the best. No one approached me to see if I needed help, and everyone looked pretty grumpy. Really good place to go to test out items before buying though as they have great display items.

Absolutely horrendous. We bought a brand new dyson vacuum from this location today and when we got home and unboxed it, it was clearly used and NOT new. There were hairs in the box and on the vacuum, and the vacuum itself had scuffs on it. Then, to top it all off, after charging the unit the red indicator light came on indicating that the battery is faulty and needs to be replaced. Selling a used item as new is an appalling and unethical business practice. But selling a FAULTY previously used item as new is absolutely abhorrent. We will be returning to the store tomorrow to get a full refund, and we better get it. This will be the last penny I ever spend at any best buy location. Period.

The cashier's name is Aimee. She asked me if I wanted my receipt printed or emailed. I said 'printed'. A few seconds later, I realized that I wanted both printed and emailed, so I asked her if I could have both. Then, her co-worker behind her laughed, and said condescendingly, It's too late

Mandy is FANTASTIC. I came in to return an online order. For some reason their system showed one of the products had already been returned----I am guessing it had something to do with the price adjustment I got via a Best Buy live chat agent a few days prior. Mandy went the extra mile, she was super patient considering the slowness of their computers at the time, read through the live chat notes, and made sure everything was correct and proper. Wonderful customer service. I also appreciated Victoria's interest in and knowledge of computer parts and video games.

I wanted to buy a 65” LG OLED, but there wasn't any employees in the TV area. I asked two separate workers to send help over. After waiting 15 minutes, I left. I’ll buy it from London Drugs or Amazon. A quick way to lose a ~$4k sale. WYD Best Buy?

Had an open box return on a TV that just didn't fit our space the way we wanted. I had lost the original receipt and was worried that might cause issues. Customer service was excellent, reprinted my receipt for me and helped me quickly exchange the TV for a different one. The team leader was incredibly helpful and friendly. Amazing job!!

3 June 2023 visited store 604pm to 645pm.5 stars for the service received from Alex - Sony TV Representative and 5 stars to Leo who assisted us with purchasing of the Sony TV. Absolutely ZERO to the young woman working the Customer service counter desk who wouldn't refund our parking - claiming that 645pm is 7pm and she had closed the register (so she does work for the 15minutes?) and the young male and female customer who pushed in front of us in line (we were waiting in line - these two came from the exit side and received service from the cashier- I would give that woman a zero too). It was a disappointing end to what had been a good shopping experience for us

Was in dire need of a case for my new Samsung s23 ultra. Found a really nice Spigen case and found a price match at Telus. I was dealing with sales associate Mandy" and about 10 minutes into the price match I asked her what the problem was as she scrolled up and down her phone. Didn't even bat an eyelash or explain anything to me. About 2 minutes later I informed her my parking was about to expire and I'd like to either make the sale or order online through Amazon. She immediately lost her cool blew up on me

Staff seemed cold and disconnected. Answered my questions with a suspicious expression. And then one of the staff kept circling around me while i was looking at watches. I guess i need to start wearing suits and ties and maybe look european or chinese to be welcomed. Totally unprofessional. Good job Best Buy Cambie. You just lost a potential customer, thanks to your unprofessional out of touch staff. NOT COOL!
