Professional and positive experience. The Plumbing Possibilities team is top notch and take great care in their work. I have used this company multiple times and Travis the owner is the best to deal with. Always friendly, accomodating and honest in his pricing.

Travis and Jackie are the best plumbing team I have encountered in my years as a contractor and homeowner. Quotations are clear, fair, and negotiated based on need.I don't need to shop around. These guys always deliver and their plumbers are always polite and professional.

DO NOT HIRE THIS PLUMBER! We don't want this to happen to anyone else. Should be 0 stars. Travis LIES and is unprofessional. He gave one price and then tried to charge nearly double when invoiced. We paid the original amount plus a bit extra in good faith. He got mad when we reported this and has now submitted the fabricated outstanding balance to collections. Save yourself the trouble and find another plumber. We have everything documented and reported to Better Business Bureau and the Ontario Consumer Protection Agency. A dispute has also been filed with TransUnion (credit agency) and an investigation will be started into his company. What he has done is illegal. Remember, there is a reason he is available! It's worth waiting for someone more reputable. I wish I had....For those interested in details so it doesn't happen to them:Travis (owner) tried to charge nearly double the price given in writing. There was no change in scope for the job and no discussion or agreement to more charges while workers were here. We agreed to have work done based on the price given. The job was outlined ahead of time in text messages with images and drawings and to the workers when they arrived. When we received an invoice that was nearly double the original cost we politely asked for an explanation. He could not explain the increase, started blaming us and got mad at me for asking for an explanation. We paid the amount originally agreed upon (in writing) and a bit extra in good faith. He cashed the cheque and then sent the outstanding" amount to collections. The Better Business Bureau was notified and Travis tried to blackmail us to remove the complaint in exchange for him only charging his original given price. The Ontario Consumer Protection Agency has advised that this is illegal and will be processing our complaint. By law

I moved new to Peterborough a few months ago and was looking for a plumber. By luck, I saw thier truck while at the stop sign. I quickly took thier number down. I called to have a pipe cut and ring (not sure what it's called). Second time around, I had called over 6 other 24 hour business. Plumbing possibilities was the only business to reach back to me. I needed next day service and they came, fixed the kitchen sink pipe and advised me of next steps to make sure the problem doesn't happen again. My mother does not speak English too well but she praised Travis immensely about how well he was able to communicate with my mother. Super thank you ! Will be my go to plumber !
