Absolutely horrible internet. Dial up was better. Zero support. Expect multiple interruption in service with loads of insincere apologies. I have no idea about their pricing since they charge me $87 for 1 gig and others have 1 gig for $60.

I have had to use HBC for the past 5-6 years due to a lack of other options. It has been one of the most frustrating experiences. Continuously seeing roughy half the download and upload speeds that we pay for and having dips below 1Mbps multiple times a day.Initially I spent a year communicating with HBC support to try and improve things but ended up giving up after nothing changed.If I had another option I would switch in a heartbeat, I strongly suggest anyone wanting to use HBC carefully consider their other options.Edit: moved from 1 to 2 stars. New hardware was installed that was spotty for a while, however at this point it has stabilized pretty well. I will be continuing to bump this review up as long as it stays reliable.

If I could score less I would. Their service has got more expensive over the last seven years and I now have to reset my modem everyday. Im ready to dump them

I have only had service for about 3 months and I have had more outages than ever with any other provider within the time frame. I was unable to report my outage online because there were no issues in the drop down box to let me carry on with the report, on the web on my phone or on the app that they suggest I download. I work too much to sit on the phone and make phone calls, get it together and fix the apps so we can at least report the issues at hand. I understand outages happen (even though, they shouldn't happen to this magnitude), but I expect more working tech options from a tech company.

I gave them three stars because out of all the Midwest cable providers that I've used, HBC is actually one of the most reliable I've ever come across, even better than when I had Charter Spectrum. That being said the loss of the stars come from the customer service. There's no excuse for the lack of customer service, the lack of empathy and the instant move towards becoming hostile and competitive towards customers. No excuse for it at all. HBC you can hire/train to do better.

This is the best internet and cable service I've ever experienced bar none. They solved my problem with an appointment the following day and we're very expeditious in handling the situation.

We are thrilled to have HBC as a provider in our rural expansion area! I feel like I've exited the dark ages! Zach arrived on time and did an awesome job installing the service making sure all our questions were answered. Chris joined him and helped finish up the job. Both were very professional and represented the company so well.

I honestly can't say enough good things about Allen. He has been absolutely amazing with all of needs/requests on such short notice for Sport and Spine.

Our HBC Air service went down, so we scheduled for a Tech to come out. On Friday June 9th 2023 Allen from HBC came out and in a matter of 40 minutes our Wireless Internet connection was back up and running. Allen was very professional and courteous to us during his visit. It was a pleasure to have him come to our Home. Thank You Allen! and HBC!
