There service is garbage. they don't answer the phone call and email. if you call they ask to send email which they never answer. online portal is waste your time. March 20/2020 we received the payment for customerDixon guy really really behind for everything i sent you guy feb 19/20 ask for reply any thing don't get any answer, they sent email to my customer on April 21/2020, after do nothing they ask for percents free money.don't use them Garbage.

We paid a retainer to have this company collect on some unpaid accounts. They have not collected any of the moneys for us. They want to escalate every account to the next level and get a higher percentage of the fees collected. Not sure why we paid the 800 plus when they cannot seem to collect at all.
