Vision Choice

Excellent customer service. I walked in the store and received a good manner of greeting. They helped me find the right glasses with no pressure; unlike alot of other optical stores that I've been. One of the thing I like the most is they have a lot designer brands of glasses AND sunglasses, which they had offered me with a great prices.

Excellent service, great price!! The staff is very patient. I wasn’t really sure what I am looking for when I walked in, but the staff there helped me to choose the one I really love. Besides the store is very neat. Highly recommend.

Later, when I was in a rush to receive them before I left for my trip, he went out of his way to pick them up and meet me in the store well after closing hours. My following review is solely base on the eye exam service I received during the pandemic.Booking an appointment was easily done by phone. They will call you prior to your appointment to remind you the date and time.Every one in the shop was polite and provide excellent customer service. The staff who greeted me was multilingual in Mandarin, Cantonese and English. Dr. Young, who handle the eye exam, I think she's bilingual in Cantonese and English, with English being her first language. I feel comfortable speaking with her in Cantonese when there are some terms that I don't know in English.The eye exam took about 20-25 mins, she patiently switch between the lenses in order to find the best prescription for me.I do not feel pressured to purchase any frames (unlike some places ...)The shop is spacious and well organized.There's one thing that they can improve, would be sanitize the equipment with alcohol wipes in front of the customer. I believe they have already sanitize it but I'd feel more comfortable seeing the cleaning process. Just my thought.

The staff there is professional and helpful in double-checking my prescription and identifying the glasses I need. I'm very pleased with the courteous and efficient service provided in preparing what I need. I highly recommend this vision shop.

Vision Choice is all about customer service. When you first walk in the store its bright and inviting atmosphere is very modern looking. The sales at Vision Choice are very professional, they will help you find the right glasses or sunglasses your looking for. Thoroughly explains questions you have and offers valuable info as well. They have a lot Designer Brands in the store. Also they have their own in house Optometrist. Highly recommend someone that lives close by or in the area to come to Vision Choice. Amazing optical offers great prices and unbeatable customer service!

It was a fantastic shopping experience at vision choice. They have so many choices and also provide excellent customer service as well. I purchased a Baus eye wear for myself and I have to say the quality is way better than I expected, I will definitely recommend my friends come to shop!

Worst customer service ever. I scheduled an appointment but when called to confirm I asked if they took AMEX and they said no so I asked if I can cancel and reschedule. She told me no and asked if I had any other cards. I told her no and I don't have any cash on me and couldn't get any as it's already late in the evening. She then declared that she told me before hand that it was cash payments which SHE DID NOT. She basically kept egging me until I said okay so what if I just don't show up tomorrow? Oh so you want to cancel?"I have never met anyone more rude before in my life. Your customer service is terrible. When I last went into the store to visit she yelled at me from across the store "Yes?!" instead of greeting me with a hello. I assume it's also because I spoke in english but I heard her speak in Cantonese asking the other receptionist if she should take a deposit from me first. Good thing I didn't because it would have been a waste of my money."

Nice service, polite staff, and a good variety of glasses and frames. Orginal prices are a bit high, but they usually have promotions going on. Make sure you asked them about any ongoing promotions.The optometrist was also very nice and helpful. She spent a good amount of time and listened to me carefully.
