Had a wonderful stay here. It’s close to the beach, the weather was amazing. Local shops around and it was so quite and peaceful. Definitely got the rest that was needed. It was nice to unplug from the world. The room was very spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Enjoyed sitting outside on the deck. The bath so nice and relaxing, and the water pressure for the shower was great! The staff were wonderful and so friendly. Would highly recommend and definitely will return!

This review is likely to seem contradictory, as I have several very positive things to say, however there were notable concerns with my most recent stay.First: rooms are lovely. Quaint, perfect size, cozy fireplace and jacuzzi tub in their Standard King rooms. My husband and I stayed in room #7, second floor. There is a gorgeous common space with a lovely view, comfortable seating, board games available, lovely aesthetic. I spent a bit of time sitting there reading as weather was too poor to do much on/around the beach for the entirety of our stay. Very close to restaurants and shops, everything was within walking distance. Beautiful view of the water. No staff on site after 4/5ish until 9am the next morning - Likely during off season only. Very, very reasonable pricing during off season (which I believe is until Victoria Day weekend). Spectacular view and comfortable bed.Concerns/disappointments: as you can see in my photos, the room I was in was in rough shape. Fireplace surround falling off/away from the wall. Radiator in bathroom worked but was in rough shape. Bathroom door did not lock. Air conditioner remote holder on the wall was very loose. Room advertised having a balcony, yet it is a Juliet style balcony, so the door opened, but no space to stand on balcony or even go onto it. I felt that to be misleading.Overall, I can chalk those concerns up to it being off season and maintenance of rooms was probably not a top priority. I stayed for two nights and my concerns were not concerning enough to put me off of the hotel, I am booked to return for two nights with a friend, two weeks after initial visit. Upon check out I had informed the staff at the desk about my concerns re: fireplace, radiator, lack of bathroom door lock, etc. At time of check out I was already booked in for my next stay that is upcoming. When speaking to reception, I informed them of the issues in the room we stayed in and kindly requested a different room number for my next trip, this was easily accommodated and notes appeared to have been made of the work required in room #7. My hope is that with my upcoming stay, in a different room (but same style), I will be able to update my review to more than 3 stars.A getaway is always nice. I want to love this cute, quaint hotel, and I remain hopeful that I will fall in love with it during my next stay.

We only spent one night here, but would have love to have spent longer. The patio is beautiful.Parking was a challenge, we ended up having to on the road, just glad we didn't get a ticket.

Such a lovely getaway! Great price for off season stay. Just note when we arrived on a Thursday afternoon there were no staff at the front desk. Turns out it was a contactless check in where they put your room info outside the front door! Loved this aspect after figuring it out! The rooms were lovely and the view was gorgeous. Just note there are 3 floors and no elevators so pack lightly and there’s no restaurant for breakfast but an adorable cafe in town. They provide a book of food and experience recommendations that was so useful. Overall loved it and would return in the summer time.

We got the suite - was amazing! Fireplace, TV, kitchen, complimentary coffee and tea, and tons of space with a balcony. 100% would recommend. Located in a beautiful part of Port Stanley as well near the beaches. Note that wifi was a little poor at night time so would recommend downloading movies if planning to watch at night. Otherwise amazing stay!!!

Do not believe the description provided for this accommodation. Attention to detail could never be classed as an accurate term to describe this shocking room. Our expensive 3rd floor loft suite (to sleep 4) contained one plastic knife; two plastic forks and 3 spoons (one soup / two dessert); and two mismatched wine glasses. The toaster had not been cleaned from prior guests and the inside was gummed up with melted cheese. We had to clean it before use. The interior was filthy - in particular the many Venetian blinds which were also broken (by this I mean slats and part slats missing entirely, resulting in the need to hang towels from them to prevent light entering the room to sleep). Two of the room lights didn't work and the bed had a plastic under sheet which resulted in me overheating. The one word I would use to describe the suite is disgusting. The property description also included a wet bar which was closed (Thursday night - but no opening hours at all were listed - just a note on the door advising it would be open to serve breakfast). On a positive note the one thing that we did enjoy was the view from the room balcony. Avoid.

Went for a quick overnight for date night and found a few things you should know. Beautiful location, right on the water. We realized that check in starts at 3 but finishes quickly at 5ish as there is no one on staff after that! The stairs are literally the noisest squeekers I have ever heard. The keyless entry is a good addition. Our room was comfy enough, great bed, but in floor heat and radiators was set to broil. There was no way to reduce the heat as the wall thermostat did not work. We opened the windows, it was -10 outside and we couldn't get the temp down to comfy! Of course, no one on staff to assist. I would also be remiss if I didn't mention the lack of noise control, we could literally overhear the marriage breakdown in the room next door, word for word. Very well located with great food and shopping surrounding.

Conveniently located along the creek and within walking distance of most activities. A nice off season retreat which was appropriately priced for the time of the season. Secure entrance and adequate parking. Ground floor allows creek front view and generous sun deck to enjoy. Staff was accommodating and pleasant.
