Staff was very friendly. Brought my dog in with me and he made a little mess. Paper towel was jammed but a lovely employee Abi helped me get it so I could go clean up the mess. Thank you.

Often runs out of the food my dogs eat. Need to order weeks before they're out. Web site search generates results for product that isn't even available.Also, the store stinks like Mongolian stirfry. Someone needs to push for better ventilation.

Staff is doing their best.As you'd find anywhere, occasionally, the cashier seems lifeless or uncaring.The manager goes above and beyond and works on the floor with the staff to help, which is awesome to see.

Very friendly staff what's a very odd time you would be hard to get ahold of an associate but not a big deal. We buy all our cat food and other supplies from PetSmart. We got into the marine aquarium hobby recently and really wish they had more variety of products for saltwater. They do have some good brand name products for the Marine hobby but they could use more and I say that because the Marine hobby is growing in Brandon and there's only one other shop in town that carry anyting marine-related but they are way overpriced and never have any stock.
