Everyone is so friendly. In my experience, in conventional bike shops, all you ever walk away with is a receipt and your (hopefully, not always) fixed bike.At Kickstand, you walk away with a fixed bike, and a smile on your face from the pride of having just having done it yourself with help.

Went there to replace a derailleur and fix running gear problems and without the help and advice of the attendant volunteers it would have been far more difficult than it actually was. Glad i went! And came out learning alot too! Many thanks!

The most helpful bike shop of all time. If you go in with a bike issue, they will teach you how to fix it yourself. Better than any fancy bike shop IMO.

I went in basically without any knowledge but everyone was so friendly and helpful! Love the idea of sharing knowledge and building the community for bike lovers. I'd totally come back!

Had a great time tinkering on my bike today, was grateful for the kind and supportive volunteers and staff, there was no judgement about my lack of knowledge and it genuinely felt like a safe and fun learning environment.

Kickstand is a gem. First time there and found all the bike parts i need. Great selection of mechanical disc brake gear.Highly recommend Kickstand

This is a great coworking space - the staff are helpful and focused on teaching you how to do the work yourself. I felt respected each time i went - and they generally have everything you might need - except nuts and bolts for bike racks but hey - they do amazing with what they have. The art by the first aid kit is by claydecay on ig :)

Great experience and Really helpful volunteers. I have minimal bike knowledge. The volunteer helped me understand the mechanics of my bike and taught me how to change the brake pads and wires. He also taught me how to check the gears and oil the chain. I only had to pay for the parts and they take donation. I’ll be back for any bike maintenance.
