My car had a mechanical issue and I was no longer able to drive it home. I called S&V Delta and they quoted me a price to have my car towed to my mechanic. After I was unable to fix my car, they were able to send someone over and quoted an hour for pick-up. My car has AWD so I appreciated that they confirmed this information and brought a flat bed accordingly. I was told I could head home and unlock my car remotely with the key inside just before the driver came which was nice (I have an app that allows me to do this). The tow truck did take longer than estimated to come (I am able to track my car's movements on my phone). However, they towed my car without issues, dropped it off at my mechanic's shop, and dropped the keys in the drop box. The price was exactly as quoted plus HST and I felt the price was reasonable given some of the other estimates I received.

They are great tow truck drivers. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They have many different trucks for your needs. They will let you wait in the two truck and let you get warm while they professionally get your truck ready to tow.
