Super fast shipping. I appreciate the order status update emails so that I know how my order is progressing. Great selection of Ashford weaving looms and accessories. I'm looking forward to using my new warping board. I would purchase online again from this store. Just wish they were closer so I could drop in and see it.

Fabulous selection. Lots of ideas. A unique source for fiber artists. In the quaint village of Jordan. A nice place to stroll around, have lunch or visit the museum. You could spend the day here!!?

I was looking for a specific colour of wool roving from a specific brand, and when I ordered online it didn't turn out to be the colour I was searching for. John was quick to address all of my questions and helped me find what I needed and how to process a return if I wished to do that. My orders were shipped out the same day that I had placed them and arrived quicker than I expected. Amazing customer service goes a long way, especially with a local business. This will be my go-to shop from now on.

I ordered my first spinning online on Friday of the long weekend. The person answering the phone when I called was so friendly and nice and super efficient and helpful. Not only that, it arrived today! The Tuesday after the long weekend. From ON to BC! Thanks again I can't wait to get home and set this Wheel up!
