Uptown Markham Dental Centre

This dental centre is run by Dr. Jenny Hsu with another person. I was expecting a typical hygiene session and came out really impressed with the service and knowledge gained during my short session there. She takes her time with her clientele and communicates clearly about all things dental related and informed me about things I never really received from my previous dentists. Her ability to tie both her deep knowledge and technical skill is extremely impressive and I look forward to going back to this dental clinic in the near future.Pros:- Great service- Decent appointment reminder system- Cares deeply about teeth and has a good eye on potential future issuesCons:- None, get your teeth cleaned here.

Dr. Hsu is an excellent dentist. She saw my daughter for first time last week. Our family is very satisfied with her care. She has great patience with my child and is quick and decisive with her diagnosis and well as treatment plan. She pays great attention to detail and truly cares for patient and placing patient’s dental health and overall well being as her priority. I would highly recommend her.

The clinic makes me feel very safe during this covid period, it is sparkling clean and follows all the health safety protocals. Dr Jenny Hsu provides very attentive examination, she is also very caring, to make sure you felt comfortable throughout the whole process.After the session, she also spent a lot of time to educate me in the proper ways to brush my teeth, it is extremely helpful! My whole family had been going to Uptown Dental since its opening from this location and its been a fantastic experience every visit. Dr. Hsu and her team are extremely professional, provide great service and well prepared during Covid-19 pandemic. Great service, the clinic is bright and clean. They have taken great measures to make me feel safe to remove my mask. I had a toothache that has been bothering me for a few months and was fixed with 1 visit.

I have a great experience being Dr. Hsu’s patient. She and her team are very professional; they listen to your needs and make sure to educate the patients. Rachel is super responsive to emails which makes booking the appointment hassle-free. The office is super clean and sanitized and they still follow all Covid safety measures.

Dr. Hsu has been my family's dentist for many years. She has always been the most helpful and caring dentist we have ever met. Jenny is caring and passionate, and treats each patient with great care. She communicates well throughout the dental care process, to the extent sometimes you almost feel she is talking to herself. I feel that she treats each of your teeth as if it was a baby of her own. So pay them a visit. You will have a great dental centre on your side.
