Went in for an estimate on some paint repairs and was greeted in a professional manner by the receptionist. It went down hill from there. The estimater was totally uninterested and said he would get back to me in a few days,that was the last I heard from them. Very poor customer service

Beware. My car had a dent in the door. I took it to them. They told me the crash bars were right where the dent is so they had to price out a new door for approx $2100 + plus labor. Around $3000 all in. My buddy took the door apart and the crash bars are no where near the dent. Pounded the dent out for free. Will cost maybe $800 to get a body shop to bondo and repaint the door. Much better than 3k. These guys are hustlers.

Excellent service and work. Completed on time and the repair looks great. Plus the shop cleaned both the interior and exterior of our car. The detailing of our vehicle was unexpected but greatly appreciated.

Was in an accident 2 months ago lady turned left hit my front end... assured automotive did an absolute outstanding job asked me multiple questions to make sure my needs were met and even put my blue racing stripe back on my car. Went the extra mile and even repaired my other fender that wasn't damaged because it had a small rust spot. So thank you assured automotive for the excellent service, great great job.

I have been waiting for 1 year for them to get my truck in to be repaired first manager apparently forgot to order the parts now I have had to start the whole process over again and still being told lied and no phone calls from them about anything or times for it to get fixed..wishing my insurance company had someone else to deal with

Was told I Fell through the cracks" when they forgot to order parts for my car in September. Called back a couple times for updates and ETA's and was told "maybe 2 more weeks". Finally Katie answered and was the one who found out nothing had been ordered. It had been 3 months... Anyways

Feb 2023. ***** UPDATE. *******Well, I'm happy to say that they have been receptive and have addressed my concerns.I encourage anyone that has had concerns in the past to reach out to them. I just rated 1 star and was going to leave it at that. However since YOU asked why your service did not meet my expectations . Here we go…..WO# 4002161My car came in there in July 2022, and receive it back at the end of Aug 2022. I came in on a Friday, quickly looked at the car from a far (my first mistake) signed off and took my car. On Saturday I took a closer look and saw that the quailty of work was poor. So the next week I called the shop expressed my concerns. So I came in, and the wrong clips were used to assemby the trim. Also the lower trim that runs on the side of the car was never put back on properly. So, they were going to order the clips from Nissan. Serval weeks go by, no phone call, so I called and they have received them. So I came in when Im free, turns out they sent the wrong clips. Again, wait to get them in. Again no phone call, so I called. Again I came in when I was free, the attempt to fix it was a fail. Turns out the trim needs to be replaced. So I had a vacation coming up and the end of Nov. So I’ll drop the car off and have it for a week. Again failure, they were going to email Nissan to see if they changed something. (first week of Dec). And as of today Jan 13/2023 no call or anything. So this is the reasoning of my 1 star. However, please DO your investigation. And Ill wait…….hopefully this will get my car fixed properly as you were paid to do back in Aug 2022. Take the estimator off of your site.I filled out the info and photos but was told on a phone call this was only put in place during covid and I needed to come in for a quote now. The online estimator should not be listed anymore.

Place is brutal, I’ve called them 4 times over the past month to see when my truck was booked. They did not reach out to me once I was told August 16th and come to find out they entered it in under Sept 16th which was not the discussion I had. 2 1/2 months to get my truck in for repairs and not a care in the world on their part. Sad to say but I get better customer service from Canadian Tire.
