So I never had problems before, but I called in to order new contacts and was told my prescription had expired and it was illegal to give me new ones. You would think i would have been told this prior to needing new contact lenses, maybe after odering my last pair perhaps! 30yrs of coming here and i was dismissed and given no solution or even asked if i would like to book a new eye appointment. You are providing a service for people...and might i say doing a HORRIBLE job of it!!! The dismissive way i was treated, and presented no solution to help has left me absolutely dumbfounded! Even upon calling back and speaking to the optometrist, the lack of empathy for the way i was treated, and curt manner in the handling of the situation has me absolutely SHOCKED! Might i remind you being in the service industry myself customer satisfaction should be your highest priority! Needless to say after 30 yrs this customer will be searching for a newer friendlier optician and place of business.

Ann introduced me to contact lenses for when I play sports and it’s been such a game changer. They’ve also switched out my nose pieces on my glasses. The entire staff was excellent!

I broke my glasses October 31st, went to UrbanEyes November 2nd, had new glasses November 5th. May, the office manager was awesome and communicative.They even took my last 2 pairs and made a backup pair for me.Thank you UrbanEyes.Bruce

Have been a client here since 2010, when they were known as McCooeye Optical. Dr Frigault is a great specialist and is very easy to talk with. I've consulted her for glasses and contact lenses, and despite my very particular vision requirements, she has been able to provide me with great solutions. The front of house staff are always very friendly and helpful as well.

I have been wearing glasses for over 25 years and Dr. Fyffe was - by far - the best optometrist I have ever seen. She was so informative and educational... the appointment was actually fun! I can honestly say I have never had such a throughout eye exam. I don't think you'll find a better optometrist.

I recently bought new glasses from Urban Eyes, my second time dealing with them. Both times the service was excellent. This time May was the person helping me. She took the trouble to put together some possible frames for me, since I have a narrow face and can't wear most of the frames available. She was ;most helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend Urban Eyes on Laurier West.

The staff at UrbanEyes are very helpful and kind. Ann was a very quick and organized in helping me set up an appointment. Maria was a great and patient guide in teaching me how to properly wear my new contacts. Dr. Fyffe was very attentive and helped me get the contacts best suited for me. Would definitely recommend their services!
