3 reviews so far, one is from the business owner (Richard) and I can only assume that two others are from family/friends. We had significant renovations in our triplex and a basement. In the starting, Richard came out as polite and professional with a reasonable estimates of price and timelines. For the work that he quoted 4-6 weeks completion time, it has been 8 months and is still incomplete. After receiving a large portion of the total payment in first 2 months, he continued to promise that the work will be done in 1-2 weeks but he never sent people to finish the work. He stopped taking calls and responding to text messages (only occasionally responding with excuses), and then totally disappeared after some time. Anyone interested in knowing more or joining a lawsuit (will be in progress soon) is more than welcome.Post Review: The owner responded months after and attempted to discredit my review stating that he has no record. DON'T BE FOOLED! I had called hundreds of times on business phone number that is here (90% of the time was not picked up or responded), and I have records of all communications (email, text, calls). If this business is so sincere to resolve the issue they would have done so already. They also appear to have removed other reviews (further proof that they were by owner, family/friends).
