Anjema Eye Institute

This place is a joke. The waiting period for a scheduled appt. Is 4hrs plus. For a 8 min check up. What is the point in making an appt if u have 6 other patients waiting for the same time. Also they cut a sist out of my eye brow in feb the sist is still there and now I have a scare as well. I recommend to go out of town. U would probably be happier.

My husband was seen 3 hours after his assigned apt. He was advised to have laser therapy to which he agreed but wasn’t informed of possible side effects or how to get help if symptoms did not resolve ( a handout with this info would have been helpful)

Dr. Anjema is an exceptional ophthalmologist. He and his team always ensure that the experience at his clinic goes smoothly and efficiently. Mum has always been treated with compassion and respect. A big thanks, Dr. Anjema, for your skill and kindness. Your team is amazing. A special shout out to Becky + Jacqueline at the front for ensuring Mum was comfortable and welcomed; Annie for assisting Mum to hold her head in position for images; and Megan for your skill with vision testing. All procedures are explained every step of the way. Kudos to the entire team. We are grateful and fortunate to have your expertise in SW Ontario!

The staff and Dr. Anjema were thoroughly professional and compassionate. I was a very nervous patient and all were very sensitive to this. At all times I felt I was in very capable hands.

This clinic is the slowest moving clinic I know of. When your going to an appointment I suggest going an hour later than your appointment time because you’ll be waiting more than an hour to see anyone. What a waste of a day especially when I booked time off from work to take my mom. My time is worth money too!! Shame on you Anjema!

The building is quite new and nice, however patient care is lacking from the Doctor and staff themselves.

Worst possible experience! Long wait times, mayhem like chickens with their heads cut off! Over a dozen staff and no one knows whats going on !

Very helpful when I hurt my eye for emergency help. Thanks so much.
