Poor customer service.Dont bother wasting your time with whoever runs this place.They won't look up parts for you and will tell you to find the part number yourself and to call back once you have, and most likely has to be ordered.Then Will also lie about when they ordered and when your parts should arrive.Overall horrible experience and i've given them 3 separate chances with poor results each time. Feel bad for the young fellow working at this place as he seemed to be the only one who was actually trying to help.

I called Jean (spelling) to see if he could fix my 1984 Suzuki LT50. It had a small gas leak from the carb, but always worked great. I bought the bike quad in mint condition and it started every first, if not second pull.I took it to Jean and power play, and waited 1.5 months for any type of communication back. No texts, calls, or emails.I called jean after 1.5 months of waiting and asked him what the status was on the quad, he said that parts were hard to find, and he put 2 hours into trying to find parts. This was during peak covid.A quick search told me that parts weren’t that hard to find, and that this just wasn’t a big ticket item for Jean and power play to fix.So here I am, end of July, with a quad that was running when I gave to to Jean and power play to fix, and now it won’t even start.Overall very poor customer service, and I won’t be recommending them to anyone in the future. Overall just a terrible experience. I gave them a quad that was working well (minus a small carb leak), and they gave me back a quad that isn’t running. Brutal.Best regardsColton A.

Owner was very knowledgeable and helpful with my needs. A little of the beaten path but worth the ride if your looking for a personal one on one experience with a professional. Not a huge inventory but maybe call ahead.

I dont know where to start ... i had aquired a real disaster of a 32ft bayliner that needed a lot of love to bring it back to being water worthy. Needless to say that gene #1 let me work on the boat in powerplay's compound! #2 help me with info and guidance on boat things that only experience can guide you on. And hats off to Gerimiah his employee also a great person and knowledge on boats. With out this help id be pooched with this boat. I mean who else would let you work in their compound .... nowheres! Honest, kind and willing to share his knowledge. Gene has repeatedly helped me get my machines running smoothly each year. His knowledge on boats is unmatched and he always has to parts I need. After messing around with a few other shops in the city, I have found my go-to place and will always be coming back.

Well its now 3 weeks and no one called me on updates i had to call them all they did is try to pull codes of the Can Am that's it.. What a waste of my time dealing with this Power Play repair shop going to pick up my Can am taking else where. The guy over the phone sounds like he couldn't care less bad customer service. Was trying to support local business.Well i drop my ATV off for service and for some repairs with Power play 2 weeks ago have not heard anything from them on when or if they have looked at my ATV. If they are busy then ok but no phone call just not good service i expect better service when i am paying for the work . At this point i am given them a 1 star because they have not done anything waiting.

Very happy with their service, communication & pricing here! Took my sxs to dealer for a check over and they wanted $1900 to repair some issues and was told parts would be 2 weeks because of Xmas holidays so I wouldn’t get it back til Jan 2021. I called Gene and he said bring it down. 3-4 days later, $600 less and my side by side was back in my possession and it runs like brand new again. Highly recommend this place!I’ve tried various places (dealers, back yarders, and aftermarket repair shops) and none have been as quick and good as Powerplay. Can’t say enough good things about them. Now I don’t have to worry about where to take our toys to in the future... Powerplay will be our first and only call.
